3 Ingredient Strawberry-Lemonade Cake!

This has got to be the easiest and most fun Cake to make!! Let your imagination run wild with flavor combinations!!


1 box cake mix, any flavor (I used lemon)

1 can pie filling, any flavor (I used strawberry)

3 eggs


1. Prep Flower Mold (or any Demarle at Home Mold) on Perforated Baking Sheet. Preheat oven to 350*.

2. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour into Demarle Mold. I like to split the batter into more than one Mold. It bakes faster and you can get more cake that way!

3. Bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let Cake cool and unmold.

For this Strawberry-Lemonade Cake, if I made it again, I would top it with a thick lemon glaze. It was so moist and yummy though! I loved the chunks of strawberries mixed throuout!
