Green Eggs & Ham!

We love to read in our home, and Read Across America day calls for some Green Eggs & Ham in the morning!! But whoops, we woke up late and I don’t have time to do the whole spread that I had planned! Demarle at Home’s Mini Cake Mold to the rescue!!img_6796

This is something I use several mornings per week for quick scrambled eggs, but today I made them a little extra special by adding in a few drops of green food coloring!!

INGREDIENTS:img_6798

2 large eggs

3 drops green food coloring

Pinch of salt

Splash of milk (optional)img_6799

Sprinkle of bacon (optional)

 

METHOD:

1. Mix all ingredients together in the Mini Cake Moldimg_6801

2. Microwave for 90 seconds.

3. Use a fork to “scramble” eggs if you like!

This is the easiest protein-rich breakfast that can be prepared and eaten in less than 5 minutes!

And of course the Mini Cake Mold is a breeze to clean with just warm soapy water!
