Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Balsamic and Bacon

This is one of my favorite dishes that my husband makes on our new Deep Flexiflat and Silpat!

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. Brussel Sprouts, halved

1/2 cup Bacon pieces

Pinch of salt

1 1/2 Tb French Pantry French Onion and Roasted Red Pepper Seasoning

Drizzle of Demarle at Home Garlic Oil Blend

Drizzle of Demarle at Home Traditional Balsamic
METHOD:

1. Bring large pot of water to a boil. Balance halved Brussel Sprouts for approximately 2 minutes. Drain.

2. Place Brussel Sprouts cut side down onto Deep Flexiflat or Silpat sheet, and place on a Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.

3. Drizzle with olive oil, followed by seasonings, and topped with a drizzle of Balsamic. Sprinkle Bacon on top.

4. Bake at 350* for 20 minutes.
You can also make this recipe with asparagus spears, just skip the blanching step!
