I love these easy to make roasted red potatoes, and making them on the Deep Flexiflat makes cleaning up a breeze!
10-15 Red Potatoes, quartered
3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
Drizzle of olive oil
1. Combine Potatoes, olive oil, garlic and salt into a gallon sized Ziplock bag. Shake well until mixed.
3. Bake at 425* for 35 minutes.
This recipe also tastes great if you add a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese or ranch seasoning! You can also easily make this recipe on the Silpat!
